Adam's 28th Birthday!

Awe, just look at him, my handsome Adam. He turned 28 yesterday! He thinks he's getting old but I think he's got it good. Late twenties—in my mind—are awesome. Not too young, not too old.

So let's get to know Adam a little bit better:
-His ringtone: Sweet Home Alabama
-Wrestled in High School (has the ear to prove it) went to state and got 4th place.
-Likes to umpire high school and college softball
-Loves fitted shirts, cuff-links, Italian shoes, and a well made tie. (Consequently, he has always liked dressing up, as you can see below.)
How did we celebrate? Just us two. Fine dining at Red Robbin, a movie, and what Adam vaguely described as a brownie cake. But did he have a recipe in mind? No. So we experimented with a recipe online. It turned out delicious, but quite, quite rich. And then he opened presents!

Thank you everybody for your phone calls, emails, and gifts. Adam went to bed that night saying he had a good day.
