Celebrating our engagement anniversary. You all know the drill. Dinner (this time at Chuys…SPICEY!), window shopping to let things digest, and then a short walk to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory to get the traditional caramel apples. I feel like we JUST did this—can't believe it's been a year already. I heart this tradition.
